服用方法
輕微症狀：取6克（一包）加入兩粒鹹話梅（可選），用沸水沖泡飲用。每隔三至四小時服用一次（建議飯後服用）。

Dosage: For mild cases, take 6g (one packet) with two salted dried plums (if desired) dissolved in a cup of boiling water. May be taken every three to four hours. (Best taken after meals.)
